You are solely responsible for backing up all data (files, software, passwords, etc.) before submitting your device. Repairs may involve resetting, formatting, or replacing storage components.

No Liability for Data Loss

We expressly exclude liability for any loss, corruption, or breach of data arising from repairs. This includes but is not limited to:

Uncollected Goods Policy

Collection Period

Repaired devices must be collected within 90 days of notification (via email/phone).

Repair completion (including non repaired items) notification sent via SMS or email

Storage fees apply (£5/day)

Day 75

Final written notice sent via SMS or email

Uncollected devices will be securely disposed

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs. We exclude liability for consequential losses or damage from pre-existing issues.

90-Day Warranty

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty (unless stated otherwise) against workmanship defects. Physical damage voids warranty.
